Once entering the home you will have 30 seconds to turn off alarm.

*Each time a door or window opens you will hear a chime from the base station in the kitchen
The front door code will change with each guest. This week the code is

*To lock from the outside, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad.
The Nest thermostat is located on the bottom level near the front entryway.
There is a garage door remote in the same area above the shoe rack (in the mail holder). Just keep it in your car for the duration of the stay

FYI Sagebrush Ave, near the home, is a great option to exit the complex, but the light to turn left from Washington is very long, so the main entrance is better for entry
There is no cable, but Smart TVs are in 4 rooms with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon...
Trash day is Wednesday. Please place cans by the curb late Tuesday night and bring back inside on Wednesday evening.
Green is yard waste, Brown is trash, the small one is recycling
A gardener comes weekly and has access to the backyard.
The lawn sprinklers are on auto-settings, but if there is an emergency, there is a remote control for the sprinklers in the kitchen window.
